  • What material are your products made of?
Most of our products are gold filled, with the exception of a few pieces being gold plated, however we are working towards only carrying gold filled products due to it being the closest quality to solid gold while still being affordable!
  • Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry products are tarnish resistant, however, with wear and use most jewelry will eventually fade or tarnish. If gold filled pieces are well cared for, they can last a lifetime. Gold plated pieces on the other hand can last up to a year if kept away from water, wear, and heat. The speed of fading can be increased if repeatedly exposed to harsh environments without being cleaned afterwards.
  • Can I wear my jewelry in water?
It is completely safe to get gold filled jewelry wet. It is a durable material made for everyday wear. Salt water and chlorine are harsher environments, so be cautious of how much you wear it in these environments as they can speed up the fading process. It will help prevent tarnishing to clean your jewelry with fresh water after exposing to these environments. Wearing while using basic lotions is also safe, but remove when using anything stronger, such as retinol, peels, glycolic acid, etc.
  • How do I clean my jewelry?
The best way to preserve your jewelry is to keep it clean and away from harsh environments when possible! If exposed to harsh environments, simply use soap and water to clean off your jewelry. A toothbrush is a good tool to use if more intense scrubbing is needed.
  • Do you take returns?
Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. Please contact us immediately if your products are damaged upon receipt.

Gold filled is the closest option to solid gold with the perk of being affordable, which is why this is our preferred material for our products. Gold filled products have 100x more gold alloy than gold plated products, meaning they will last much longer, even a lifetime if well cared for.
